FAQs
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We can print from as few as 10 garments. With DTF printing, we can be more flexible, so you can include different garment types or colours within the same order.
How long will my order take?
Our standard turnaround time is around 7–10 working days from artwork approval and payment. If you’re working to a tight deadline, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate, although rush orders may incur an additional fee.
How much does printing cost?
Each order is priced individually depending on your requirements. For a quote, visit our quote page or email us on info@seansprints.co.uk we usually respond within 24 hours.
To provide an accurate quote, we’ll need:
-Quantity of garments
-Artwork (or a rough idea if it’s not finalised)
-Garment style, colour, and sizes
-Number of print locations (e.g. chest, back, sleeve)
Do you offer more garments than those listed on your website?
Yes, we can source a wide range of garments. If you’re looking for something specific, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I supply my own garments?
Yes, but please check with us first to ensure they are suitable for DTF printing. While we take great care, we cannot be responsible for any damage or misprints on customer-supplied items.
Garments should be delivered unpacked. A small handling fee applies:
£0.50 per t-shirt
£1.00 per hoodie or sweatshirt
Do you offer samples?
We don’t typically produce printed samples, but we will always send you a detailed digital proof showing the design, size, and placement before production begins.
Can I see a sample of the blank garment before ordering?
Yes, we can arrange blank samples. We do charge for samples and they are non-refundable, but you can return them to us to include them in your final print run.
When do I pay for my order?
Full payment is required upfront, preferably via BACS. Production will begin once payment has been received.
How will my order be delivered?
We use Royal Mail for most UK deliveries. Delivery costs vary depending on order size and will be included in your quote.
Can you print individual names or numbers?
Yes, DTF printing is ideal for personalisation. We can add individual names, numbers, or variations to each garment, let us know your requirements when getting in touch.
What format should my artwork be in?
Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) are preferred, but we can also work with high-resolution raster images (JPG or TIFF at 300dpi or higher, set to print size).
If you need help preparing your artwork, just let us know.
How do I send my artwork?
For smaller files, email them directly. For larger files over 10MB, please use a file transfer service such as www.wesendit.com
